DigitalMR Widens eCommunity Availability
London-based online research specialist DigitalMR is making its eCommunity private online communities platform available to marketing and market research agencies in selected countries.
DigitalMR was founded in 2010, promising a 'holistic' consulting approach to web-based MR using social media research, web listening and technology platforms. As well as its office in London, the company has a presence in Cyprus, Poland, Italy, Turkey, Romania, and the US.
While previously solely available to end clients, global agencies can now incorporate the firm's eCommunity SaaS platform into their own consumer insights, co-creation, and brand advocacy projects. Through the solution, DigitalMR partners gain administrative access to the platform and are able to set up their own online communities and activities such as bulletin boards, mobile ethnography, video/phone diaries, online focus groups, and polls.
