SoGoSurvey Adds Enterprise DIY Survey Option
US company SoGoSurvey has launched an enterprise version of its DIY survey software, to enable organizations to create, launch and analyze their own online or mobile surveys.
The Herndon, VA-based company was founded in 2007 by Suhail Farooqui (pictured), who also founded enterprise-grade online survey software platform Zarca Interactive. SoGoSurvey offers a platform for secure collaboration, guaranteed anonymity, in-depth reporting and real-time alerts. In addition to a free option, pricing levels are available for small to mid-size companies, and for enterprise use at larger organizations.
The software allows enterprise teams to work together to create surveys, while controlling who can access certain areas or perform certain tasks such as physically launching a survey or downloading reports. Its reporting tool allows users to drill down into data and download presentation-ready reports, while users can merge data from several surveys to compare responses year-over-year and identify participation trends.
Survey creators can also set specific conditions - such as when a customer indicates dissatisfaction on a survey - and be notified immediately.
