ServiceRating Names Riedel MD
In Germany, Kai Riedel has been appointed as Managing Director of YouGov subsidiary ServiceRating, which provides analysis and benchmarking of customer service levels.
 ServiceRating has developed a model which tracks a client company's overall service quality - this includes analysis of whether management and staff deliver a good service, which specific services are provided to the customer, and measurement of the strength of service effectiveness.
In 2010 YouGov, which already held 60% of the firm via its then subsidiary YouGov Psychonomics, acquired the remainder of ServiceRating from ratings agency Assekurata.
Riedel (pictured) joins after fifteen years as Managing Partner of mystery shopping business Qualiance. Earlier in his career, he served as Head of International Business Development at T-Mobile Telematics, and held business development roles with Tegaron Telematics.
In his new role, he will manage the company alongside YouGov Board Member Dr Oliver Gaedeke.
