IFF Launches Health & Wellbeing Division
London-based full service agency IFF Research has launched a Health & Wellbeing (H&W) division, to provide a range of services from patient satisfaction tracking surveys and health and lifestyle studies, to more niche studies involving hard-to-reach audiences.
The company specialises in researching business, marketing and public policy issues in the UK and international markets for public, private and third sector clients.
The new division's main areas of expertise include patient experience and satisfaction; studies to inform and influence policy; communications and marketing strategy research; and exploring health and lifestyle issues among the population.
The Health & Wellbeing team has already contributed to projects ranging from research among teenage girls and their mothers on the HPV vaccination programme, to assessing the attitudes of CEOs of NHS Trusts towards complaints from the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman.
