Passenger Taps MeshLabs for Community Analysis
US-based Passenger has partnered with text analytics software developer MeshLabs to enable conversation and sentiment analysis of its online communities.
Founded in 2005, with offices in Los Angeles, Palo Alto and New York City, Passenger develops online customer insight communities through which brands can connect, create and communicate with their stakeholders online, on mobile and on social networks.
The firm says the partnership will 'transform' the way global brands are able to identify and analyze attitudes within private online communities and in the public social media space, allowing them to uncover the insights in the interactions of their community members.
Thomas Finkle (pictured), President and COO of Passenger, explains: 'We wanted to partner with MeshLabs because of the firm's ability to connect to and integrate all types of data and content from our communities. This allows us to bring game changing analytics and reporting to our clients enabling them to discover new insights to refine messaging, craft an innovation strategy, and improve customer loyalty.'
