Swipp Launches DIY Survey Tool
Social media intelligence platform Swipp has launched a new DIY tool called Swipp Surveys, which enables users to run surveys via the web, Facebook, Twitter, text message and e-mail; see results over time; and watch how geography affects how people think and feel.
The tool is geared to getting multi-question feedback from fans, readers and customers, and uses a slider allowing answers on a scale from -5 to +5, with results displayed in an infographic. Feedback is anonymous, and sentiment about projects, products or ideas can be tracked over time and sorted by geographic location.
CEO Don Thorson comments: 'Don't be fooled by how simple it is - Swipp Surveys is a rich source of insight about your audience. For the first time in history, we're living in a pervasively connected world. Swipp lets you take advantage of that.'
Earlier this month, the firm launched a tool called Swipp Polls for Facebook, to enable users to obtain a graphic plotting sentiment within the community.
