Verint Debuts 'Voice of the Employee' Solution

New York-based speech and text analytics specialist Verint - which owns survey management software firm Vovici - has introduced an employee survey and engagement solution, 'Voice of the Employee' (VoE).

The firm's portfolio of enterprise and security intelligence solutions captures and analyzes information from formats including voice, video and unstructured text. The new solution taps into the company's existing Voice of the Customer Analytics (VoC) technology, to provide companies with a single view of both VoE and VoC, and help foster staff engagement, improve customer loyalty, and support business processes.

The tool allows companies to engage and listen to their employees on an ongoing basis, understand satisfaction levels within the organization, and respond accordingly. Employees can be segmented and surveyed based on attributes such as demographics, management level, department and location. Verint says this enables business areas such as HR to learn about what drives performance, the perceived obstacles, and areas of misalignment.
