Senior Hires for ORC International

In New York, customer and employee satisfaction specialist ORC International has hired Jeff Cox as Senior Vice President of US Business Development, and Richard Catrone as Executive Vice President of Global Operations.

Cox joins with more than 25 years' experience in sales and marketing, most recently as a Partner and COO at ISB Global. Before this he served as EVP at comScore, having previously worked as President and CEO of ARS Group before its sale to comScore.

Catrone worked previously at GfK Custom Research as EVP of North American Operations, helping to integrate Knowledge Networks and GfK's operations and panel teams into a combined structure. Earlier, he was COO of Knowledge Networks, and held ops leadership roles at Ipsos NA and NPD.
