Confirmit Promotes for Employee Research Role

Online MR software company Confirmit has promoted Tore Haggren to the role of Senior Vice President, Voice of the Employee (VoE).

Confirmit offers VoE products to help clients monitor employee engagement metrics at every stage of the employee lifecycle, and also helps them combine employee insights with customer data for a 'holistic' understanding of their business.

Haggren (pictured) joined the company in 1998 as Global Sales and Marketing Director, before moving into the position of EVP Sales, North America, and more recently serving as SVP Business Development. During his time with the firm, he has helped establish offices in London, New York and San Francisco, and focused on building Confirmit's presence in the VoE market.

In his new role, the firm says Haggren's VoE focus will be extended to help clients measure, monitor and improve engagement throughout the employee lifecycle, while driving business change.
