GfK Names Mystery Shopping Development Director
In the UK, GfK has appointed former TNS mystery shopping leader Oli Bailey as Business Development Director for its own Mystery Shopping division.
Bailey (pictured) joins with more than sixteen years of global research experience. Most recently, at TNS, he served as Head of Mystery Customer Research, Retail & Shopper and Technology, working with major telco and retail brands. Before its merger in 2010, he worked at Research International for more than twelve years; latterly as Head of Mystery Customer Research & Auditing.
In his new role, Bailey will focus on integrating the company's mystery shopping offer with its brand and customer experience solutions to give clients what he calls 'truly connected insights'.
