SurveyMonkey Beams Up to the Enterprise
Online DIY survey specialist SurveyMonkey has launched Enterprise, an enhanced version of its survey product promising organisations the ability to bring individual users into a centrally managed system.
The firm says individuals at 'nearly every Fortune 500 company' already use the basic tool, and the new product will allow them to 'use a service they know and love' in a more collaborative environment with more scope for comparing and sharing data, improving decision-making across organizations.
A company administrator buying the new product sets up an account and 'invites colleagues' to their SurveyMonkey group, bringing all survey history together and giving the organization 'true data ownership, user management, and a single bill'.
CEO Dave Goldberg (pictured) says the new tool 'gives organizations the control they need to harness the power of the data being created', and 'enables employees from all functions to make better decisions and have a positive impact on the entire company.'
SurveyMonkey Enterprise includes all the features of the company's Platinum package, among them full brand control, expert survey templates, phone support and HIPAA compliance; and Enterprise customers already include the likes of Hearst Corporation, Yamaha, Brazil's TAM Airlines and the UK's National Health Service.
Based in Palo Alto, CA, the company was founded in 1999 and has more than 275 employees based in the US and Europe. Web site: www.surveymonkey.com .
