Former MB Ireland Leader Joins Catalyst
Former Millward Brown Ireland CEO Richard Waring has joined customer satisfaction and mystery shopping firm Catalyst Marketing Research as a Partner and Director.
Catalyst was established in 1996 by Dan McGuinness and has offices in Dublin and London, plus partners in North America and Europe. Waring will help the firm expand its offer to build on its expertise in consumers and brands within the increasingly complex 'Omniretail' environment.
Waring has spent the last two decades in brand and consumer MR. He began as International Brand Manager for Ribena and Horlicks in London, and also served as Deputy MD of Lansdowne Market Research. A past Chairman of the Marketing Society of Ireland, he recently completed a postgraduate qualification in Strategy & Change Management with the Rotterdam School of Management in 2012 and a diploma in Digital Marketing in 2013.
McGuiness says of the new arrival: 'With over 20 years brand and consumer research experience, most recently leading the island's largest research group, I am delighted to have Richard join us.
