Mattersight Wins Customer Analytics Patents
US customer and employee analytics specialist Mattersight has received two new patents for its solutions, which use psychological behavioral models to automatically analyze customer interactions and the effectiveness of sales.
Mattersight's methods and systems - which are based on proprietary algorithms and applied behavioral models - capture and analyze customer and employee interactions including unstructured voice and text interactions; employee desktop data; and other contextual information.
The firm says the new patents expand on those previously granted, which analyze language, customer interactions and customer behavior.
