Double Standards for FDS
UK agency FDS International has recently been awarded MRQSA accreditation to go with ISO 9001, which it has held since 1992.
Formal recognition of the company's high quality standards by the research industry's accreditation scheme is seen as an important milestone to mark the company's 30th anniversary year.
FDS has long recognised the importance of independent quality accreditation and was one of the first agencies to gain ISO 9001, which it continues to hold.
'We had very little extra to do to comply with MRQSA and were flattered to be complimented by the assessor on the systems we have in place,' commented FDS director Michele Silber. 'It is very gratifying to have both accreditations and a great testament to the whole company's commitment to quality'.
