New Director for Facts
UK-based Facts International has appointed former Opinion Leader and Diagnostics exec Sarah Carter as a Research Director.
Facts was established in 1985, and is part of Chime Communications' CIE (Chime Insight and Engagement) division, providing research and field/tab services to both end clients and market research agencies. The division also includes Opinion Leader, Watermelon Research, Tree, Open Plan and Naked Eye.
Carter worked most recently as a consultant for companies including Populus and the Design Council. In her new role, she will help manage the growth of the business alongside MD Emily Kettle, building client services teams and driving the delivery of excellence, especially in face-to-face and telephone projects. She will also serve as a UK-based research specialist for Facts International Australia, launched last year.
Facts says the appointment follows another year of strong financial growth, and Kettle comments: 'We're delighted to have Sarah at Facts International. She enjoys getting to the heart of complex issues using her extensive experience to deliver robust and actionable research recommendations, and I look forward to having her on the team.'
