Garkhel Named Ipsos India Operations Head

Ipsos has appointed Deepak Garkhel as Executive Director - Head of Operations in India, based in the firm's Delhi office.

Garkhel (pictured) takes up the new role with more than two decades' research industry experience. Most recently, he served as National Operations Director at Millward Brown, prior to which, he was SVP at MarketProbe, and he spent nine years at TNS and ten years at Gallup.

At Ipsos, Garkhel will lead operations across India. He reports directly to Mick Gordon, CEO, Ipsos in India, who comments: 'Given his rich experience in market research operations and illustrious career, I am confident that Deepak will help us further upgrade and streamline our operations capability and successfully drive the implementation of new technologies and processes.'
