Survey Analytics Launches Employee Feedback Tool

Multi-platform survey technology firm Survey Analytics has launched FlashLet, a tool for gathering and analysing employee feedback.

The company says FlashLet will help uncover trends in engagement and determine action items for managers to improve the productivity of teams. The tool sends a weekly one question e-mail to each employee asking them for feedback about their week, with the option to leave a comment in the live team feed; and emails managers once a week with a summary of their team's 'pulse' including an overall satisfaction score and smart alerts for each employee.

Company President Vivek Bhaskaran says the tool is doing for employee satisfaction today 'What Net Promoter Score did for customer satisfaction in 2005', and 'giving employees a channel to be heard, no matter how large the team or organization.'
