SurveyMonkey Launches Mobile App
Palo Alto, CA-based DIY research specialist SurveyMonkey has launched its first mobile app, allowing the creation, monitoring and analysis of surveys on-the-move. The firm has also introduced a tool to enable developers to gather in-app feedback.
The firm recently launched an Enterprise version for corporate users. The new app, for iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch, allows field workers to send surveys remotely, monitor feedback, and react immediately to trends identified by the survey - such as customer satisfaction levels or campaign effectiveness.
CEO Dave Goldberg (pictured) comments: 'The old model of making decisions only while you're in the office no longer exists. Now, our mobile app allows organizations to gather and analyze critical data needed for real-time decisions from any location, any time, fueling a smarter, agile and ultimately more productive workforce.'
In addition, the firm's new 'Mobile Feedback SDK' solution provides a means for developers to collect qualitative feedback at any point during a user's experience within an app. This feedback can be used by developers to enhance their products and address customer concerns, in order to improve app ratings and decrease negative reviews.
