AppsFlyer Nets $7.1m, Opens US and Chinese Offices
Mobile app measurement, attribution and campaign analytics platform AppsFlyer has raised a $7.1m round of funding, and has opened new offices NYC, San Francisco and Beijing.
Hertzelia, Israel-based AppsFlyer, which is used by advertisers to measure their mobile campaigns, is also a Facebook Mobile Measurement Partner, allowing developers to launch Facebook mobile campaigns, measure lifetime value and 'exact' ROI.
The firm's new funding has been led by Pitango Venture Capital, with support from current investor Magma Venture Partners; and will be used for R&D, product and business development, and customer support.
AppsFlyer CEO and co-founder Oren Kaniel (pictured) says the additional funding will be used to help 'scale' the company globally. 'AppsFlyer is an unbiased, independent measurement platform, and we're thrilled to have Pitango join us, given their strong portfolio of mobile, social and advertising technology companies,' Kaniel adds.
