Mike Everett Joins YSC as Global COO

Former Ipsos MORI CEO Mike Everett has moved to business psychology consultancy YSC as Global Chief Operating Officer.

YSC has eighteen offices across Europe, the US, and Asia Pacific, and employs psychology and behavioural sciences consultants to help clients recruit the right staff, understand employee behaviour, benchmark talent levels and identify 'people potential'. The firm's Research department offers online surveys to evaluate the progress of an individual or team, applies both qual and quant techniques to gain a deep understanding of an organisation, and uses data from the the firm's benchmarking database to uncover and explore leadership trends and patterns.

In his new role, Everett (pictured) will support the improvement of YSC's internal systems and processes. He joins from TNS, where he served as Global Head of Customer Experience and Employee Engagement. Prior to this he was Global Head of People and Talent (HR Director) for Ipsos, and CEO of Ipsos MORI in the UK. He began his career at Ernst & Young, latterly as a Senior Consultant in the Economics practice.
