Directions Research Promotes Five

US-based Directions Research Inc. (DRI) has announced five promotions, including Dan Argo to Director IT, Security & Compliance; and 24-year company veteran Eric Groeschen to Senior Data Consultant.

Directions is headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio and provides research in a broad range of sectors from CPG and financial services to pharma and telecoms.

Argo joined the firm in May 2010 and combines managing the IT dept with preparation for SOC2, GLBA, HIPAA and other audits relating to security and confidentiality, allowing the agency to exceed the requirements of clients in the regulated healthcare and financial sectors.

Groeschen joined in September 1990 and takes responsibility for technical consultation on tabulation and data handling, including ongoing Quantum software support and training. He will now add responsibility for seeking efficiencies in processing and improvements in deliverables via the implementation of standards.

The company has also promoted Mark Erwin to Account Executive and Matt Stenger to Senior Research Analyst, both after four years' service. Neelu Kodumuri, who joined in August 2012, becomes a Research Consultant in the firm's Business Intelligence Group, combining extensive consulting experience and secondary data within marketing sciences.
