PMG Sets Up Xperience Patient Feedback Division
US marketing consultancy Priority Metrics Group (PMG) has set up a research division called Xperience, to help healthcare professionals measure and analyse data from patient experience surveys.
PMG is based in Spartanburg, SC and provides customized research, analysis and consulting services to clients in a wide range of sectors worldwide. The new division will collect feedback from patients, employees, staff and physicians through a variety of methodologies.
PMG President John Barrett (pictured) comments: 'Until now, the information that has been provided by patient experience research has been one-dimensional, a 'one size fits all' cookie-cutter approach. Xperience will be creating value by offering flexibility in survey design, implementation, analysis and reporting.
