Precision Dialogue Buy Boosts Fieldwork Offer
In the US, analytics-driven customer engagement specialist Precision Dialogue has acquired the assets of Cleveland-based Opinion Centers America, whose services include focus groups, recruitment, telephone interviews and analysis.
Opinion Centers' staff will relocate to Precision Dialogue Marketing's site in Westlake, Ohio, to the Research and Customer Experience division led by Chief Experience Officer Cathleen Zapata.
