Funds for Data Integration and Profiling Firm Innometrics
Customer intelligence integrator Innometrics has announced a $5m Series A funding round, earmarked for sales and marketing to support rapid expansion of its European operations, as well as enhancements to its Profile Cloud solution.
SaaS solution Profile Cloud allows clients to develop a 'complete' view of the customer, dynamically combining existing in-house customer data from a variety of applications with online behaviour to create one 'actionable, real-time profile' for each customer.
The funding has been led by SEB Venture Capital, and joined by existing angel investor Fortunator Invest.
Innometrics CEO Mattias Ward comments: 'There is an ever increasing number of online customers, each expecting to be treated as an individual with individual needs. Innometrics makes this possible with a platform that combines the customer data held in different silos, and empowers all customer touch points across the enterprise to respond to the customer in a personalised way.'
The company, which Ward says grew 300% in 2013, has offices in Stockholm and London, and a home page at www.innometrics.com .
