Click With Me Now Gets New Funds and CEO

Click With Me Now - which provides data about how people engage with web sites - has raised $2.25m in investment funding from a group of unnamed private investors, and has appointed former Disney CTO Bud Albers as Chief Executive Officer.

The St Louis-based firm offers an SaaS platform through which consumers can instantly invite friends to share their screens and web experiences in real-time as they browse, and businesses can connect with consumers online. The firm's data engine provides detailed information about buyers' interests and determines the most trusted influencers across a customer's social media graph.

The new funds add to the $750k seed funding round completed last summer, and $50k raised the previous year from Capital Innovators.

Albers (pictured) joins from consulting firm Interactive Technology Strategies where he served as President & CEO, prior to which he was EVP and CTO of Disney Connected & Advanced Technologies. Earlier, he held CTO roles at MediaNet Digital, Drugstore.com, Getty Images and Monsanto.
