Rapid Growth for UK's eDigitalResearch
UK-based Voice of the Customer specialist eDigitalResearch has reported a 20 percent rise in annual turnover to £7.5m, and says it has employed an additional 30 new members of staff over the past twelve months.
Founded in 1999 and headquartered in Hampshire, the company combines researchers, technical specialists and graphic designers and has enjoyed fourteen consecutive years of growth. Its range of insight solutions includes CEM, Voice of the Customer feedback and Multichannel consumer insight.
eDigital says the rise in revenue was generated from 'both new and existing clients, including a number of major international project wins' as well as the global expansion of its VoC offering.
