Decipher Adds More Fuel for Beacon
California-based research tech firm Decipher has added a new Sample and Panel API into its research and reporting platform, Beacon, allowing users to integrate panelist data from their own databases and other sources.
Billed as a 'Research Hub', Beacon is a survey set-up, management and reporting software suite allowing control of many separate pieces of research through a single interface. The new Sample and Panel API (Application Programming Interface) complements the existing Data API, allowing two way movement of data between surveys and other applications.
Decipher Co-CEO Jayme Plunkett comments: 'Adding this new panel API to Beacon is a great solution for those companies who manage their own community panels or frequently contact their customers. All of a customer's existing information, such as demographics, profiling and usage data, is now easily accessible in surveys and reporting for a more holistic view of the respondent. Additionally, customer and panelist data can be further enriched by appending key data from the surveys.'
