New Insight Tool Does Groundwork for Builders
US firm Metrostudy, part of the Hanley Wood group, has launched Builder Insight, a GPS-enabled housing intelligence program giving access to research and market analysis for builders on the go.
The service is available for tablet or desktop, and combines Metrostudy's proprietary housing survey and public record research data with location-aware technology to help clients explore markets, check up on competitor activity, and identify and evaluate specific potential plots and purchases.
Metrostudy President Chris Veator says the package was developed in response to customers' rising demand for real time information.
