BI Recruiter Launches
Denver-based Lehman Gates Executive Search has launched a specialist predictive analytics recruitment firm, Business Intelligence Recruiting Group (BIRG).
 Lehman Gates focuses on the distribution side of the investment management industry, mainly working with start-ups and companies in turnaround. Managing Partner Gail Palubiak, who joined it in 2001, is now heading up the new firm. She comments: 'We're excited to launch Business Intelligence Recruiting Group because we hear from corporate leaders all the time who have heard horror stories. They say they realize they need to move in this direction to stay competitive but they don't want to spend good money after bad by recruiting the wrong team or investing in the wrong systems.
