DIY Platform RealityLive Goes Mobile as Aha!
The partners of Detroit, Michigan-based DIY online research platform RealityLive have renamed the firm Aha! and at the same time, introduced a range of new mobile-friendly features.
Launched in 2007 by online research and technology execs Jim Chastain, Ray Fischer and Jim White, Aha! offers a platform through which companies, research consultants, and agencies can create and run fully customizable qualitative studies and evaluate ideas and communications such as TV ads, print, and digital messages.
The company's new mobile research services include a suite of interactive features for storytelling, and collage building, along with social media community tools such as pinboards and bulletin boards. Its drag and drop technology has been designed to make it easy to set up studies quickly, while the software also provides dashboard navigation, to enable researchers, respondents, recruiters, and client observers to interact and track results. In addition, the platform can be converted into any language and offers a full range of analytics capabilities.
Fischer comments: 'Our goal was simple: Develop the most contemporary, user-friendly, and comprehensive marketing research tool in the marketplace. The reaction has been overwhelmingly positive.'
