Senior PR Appointment for Nielsen

In New York, Nielsen has appointed Andrew McCaskill as Senior Vice President, Corporate Communications, with global responsibility for the firm's corporate media relations efforts.

McCaskill joins with more than fifteen years' experience. Most recently, he served as an SVP in the New York office of PR firm Weber Shandwick, prior to which he spent thirteen years at financial PR and marketing firm William Mills Agency. Earlier in his career, he worked at Turner Broadcasting and The Coca-Cola Company.

In his new role, McCaskill will report to Chief Communications Officer Laura Nelson, who comments: 'Drew brings a breadth and depth of experience that will be invaluable for Nielsen as we advance our communications efforts. We're pleased to welcome him to the team.'
