Schlesinger Reaches New Heights in Chicago
US-based fieldwork group Schlesinger Associates has relocated its Chicago office to a newly upgraded research space on the 26th floor of its existing address at North Michigan Avenue.
The firm has a network of fourteen focus group facilities in the US, and also owns Paris-based fieldwork services agency ConsuMed Research and focus group facilities provider Passerelles; London firm The Research House; and Schmiedl Marktforschung, a fieldwork services agency and provider of focus group facilities in Germany.
In Chicago, Schlesinger Associates says its new facility offers clients a series of spacious research suites with flexible room styles for both formal and informal groups. All contain high spec audio/visual technology and have partitions to enable the space to be converted into either two rooms or one, accommodating up to 60 respondents. In addition, the facility includes a Research Lab, to enable facial coding for qualitative research.
Pam Lintner, VP Qualitative Solutions, who recently transferred to the Chicago office to oversee the developments, comments: 'We have been talking to clients about their needs for our new space and have been working hard on the details of the upgrade. We have a skilled team in place who are committed to client success and quality at every stage of the data collection process.'
