Roger Banks to Step Down as Head of Incite
Incite has appointed former TNS Chief Development Officer Matthew Froggatt as Global Head, replacing Group MD Roger Banks who will retire from the business in February 2015 after 8 years in charge.
Froggatt takes up the role on October 1st, and will lead an expanding team of more than eighty people. He spent ten years at TNS, beginning as MD of Specialist Markets, in 2004, and in 2006 rising to Head of the Global Technology practice. For the last four years he has been Chief Development Officer, a role including management of the firm's global Practice Areas, and of global marketing and analytics. Earlier in his career, he was Group MD at NFO UK and Client Service Director at Infratest Burke.
Banks (pictured), who was Global CEO of the Research International Group before joining Incite in its early days, will retain a role as a consultant and executive business mentor within parent company the St. Ives Group. In addition to leading the acquisition by printing group St Ives in early 2012, he has overseen the firm's launch in the US and Singapore.
Banks says of his replacement: 'I'm thrilled that Matthew has agreed to join Incite and lead the company through the next stage of our development. His intellect, global experience and varied background including both traditional P&L responsibility and matrix management, will be great assets in driving Incite's offer internationally.'
