SIS International Hires and Promotes in AsiaPac

New York-based SIS International Research has expanded its Asia Pacific team with the appointment of four senior executives, while promoting Mandy Pan to the role of General Manager of the APAC Region and China.

Founded in 1984, the firm offers a full range of market research and market intelligence services from offices in New York, Los Angeles, London, Berlin, Seoul, Manila and Shanghai.

Kevin Wang, who has been named Vice President of Operations in Shanghai, joins with more than twelve years' experience of marketing, strategic planning and consumer insights research gained at Nielsen and Omnicom/BBDO Proximity Live.

Also in Shanghai, Jackie (Jali) Huang has joined as Project Analyst, having previously held marketing analyst and consultancy roles at office products firm Staples China and at food industry franchise Wolfgang Puck Worldwide.

In Manila, Juemelle Villamora and Janette Lavares both take up the role of Senior Project Manager, having previously held strategic research, market intelligence and senior analyst positions at competitor intelligence specialist Fuld & Company (formerly Global Business Research Support).

Pan has been promoted from the role of Director of Business Development in Shanghai, having joined the company last year from networking group Vistage where she served as Sales Manager. She previously spent eleven years in sales roles at B2B media company Global Sources.
