MR Translation Firm GlobaLexicon Opens in Nuremberg
MR language and translation specialist GlobaLexicon has opened a new office in Nuremberg, Germany, and says it plans to expand to Asia next year.
Founded by former Research International employee Daniela Toledo in 2004, the company works with a network of global partners to offer text translation and localisation; text proofreading and editing; transcriptions and content analysis; interpreting; and web translations. For MR clients, GlobaLexicon offers teams of MR translation project managers, and trained MR linguists; is an ISO 9001:2008 accredited MRS Company Partner; and offers qual and quant research translation as well as solutions for coding and content analysis.
The new German office reflects company growth in the DACH region. Toledo explains: 'Building on more than a decade of success in Europe, we are now opening our fourth global office in Nuremberg to better serve our clients in Germany, Switzerland and Austria, before moving on to Asia next year as part of our ongoing expansion drive.'
