TrendSource Launches Mobile MR Solution
San Diego, CA-based MR consultancy TrendSource has introduced a mobile research solution called aAmplify, allowing consumers to give feedback on their experiences and satisfaction levels while they are using mobile devices to interact with brands.
Founded in 1989, TrendSource provides business intelligence and customer insight for clients based across North America and the Caribbean. Its services include mystery shopping, employee engagement studies, trend analysis, reporting and analytics, as well as panel and customer surveys and competitive pricing audits.
The new aAmplify service is implemented via an API integration module that offers a plug-in to existing mobile users. CEO Jim Caltrider (pictured) states: 'When it's integrated with a retailer's app that already contains customer demographic and other background data, input to aAmplify is quick, simple and far more accurate than surveys done later.'
