RedSheriff Christmas Survey Time
Internet research agency RedSheriff is running its syndicated Christmas survey for the third consecutive year this December. Over the past 3 years, more than 250,000 respondents have completed RedSheriff surveys from 30 countries.
The RedSheriff Syndicated Survey enables clients to run a detailed survey across their site and the have their figures benchmarked against the aggregate of the other participating organisations.
The questionnaire covers lifestyle, demographics, propensity to purchase online and surfing habits. An example of the survey can be found at http://survey1-au.imrworldwide.com/survey/staging_xmasuk2.htm
According to Martin Filz, RedSheriff Vice President of Europe, 'The Syndicated Survey has grown in popularity since its inception in December 2000. It is an ideal way for sites to understand how their seasonal traffic varies from other times of the year. This data is invaluable in helping sites to increase loyalty, retention and repeat visit numbers.'
RedSheriff takes care of the branding, scripting and delivery of the survey. All the participating sites need to do is place a small piece of code on their pages.
This year the cost of participating in the survey is £500 per site. This includes data being available online as well as a final report in tabular format with each question cross-tabbed by the demographic and respondents' current Internet behaviour. The aim is to cover at least fifty client sites and each tabular report will include a column of aggregated 'total' data for universe comparison.
