TNS Names AsiaPac Qualitative MD
TNS has appointed Serena Jacob as Managing Director for TNS Qualitative in Asia Pacific, based in Singapore. She takes up the role on 2nd January.
 Jacob (pictured) joins with more than 25 years' experience working in qualitative research and consultancy across the region. Most recently, she worked at Cello-owned co-creation specialist Face, leading the Singapore office; and before this she was Regional Qualitative Director at InsightAsia Research Group.
In her new role, Jacob will be responsible for further strengthening TNS' qualitative capabilities across Asia Pacific and working closely with senior qualitative practitioners, country MDs and clients. Asia Pacific CEO Chris Riquier comments: 'I am thrilled that Serena is joining TNS, bringing with her not only a wealth of experience in research and consultancy, but also outstanding business leadership skills and huge amounts of energy to uncover new opportunities for our clients.
