Real Estate Data Provider Reonomy Raises $13m
In New York, commercial real estate data and analytics provider Reonomy has raised $13m in a Series B round of growth funding.
Founded eighteen months ago by Rich Sarkis and Charlie Oshman, Reonomy uses its proprietary systems to collect, analyse and validate an array of property and market level data on behalf of lenders, brokers and investors. The new funding round was led by Bain Capital Ventures with participation from half a dozen existing backers.
Sarkis (pictured) comments: 'We've built an incredibly powerful back-end technology system to collect and crunch all the data that our clients need, and we deliver it to them in an elegant and user-friendly interface. We plan to use this capital to grow our team to continue to meet this demand and to expand into new domestic and international markets. Bain Capital Ventures is the ideal partner to help us with our next phase of growth.'
