Verve's Half Dozen Hires Include Flower of Research Now
London-based online communities specialist Verve has hired former Research Now exec Pete Flower for the newly created role of Community Development Director, focused on delivering community panel innovation. The company has also recruited five other new members of staff.
Verve was launched in 2008 by Andrew Cooper, Mike Hall and Jon Gumbrell, founders respectively of Research Now, Hall & Partners and the iD Factor. The firm provides a full service community panel research proposition, which includes quant, qual, online, off-line, and mobile research services.
Flower (pictured) joins after seven years at Research Now, most recently as Director - Client Services, EMEA, and previously as Manager, Digital and Private Panels & Communities. In his new role, Flower will work alongside Director of Innovation Emel Mohammadally.
Other new members of the team are:- Research Manager Helen Henderson, who joins from NatCen Social Research
- Senior Community Manager Kamal Chowdhury, who previously worked at Research Now, GMI and The iDFactor
- Community Manager Susanna Pecyna, who re-joins Verve following a career break in Poland, and
- Radu Stan and Georgiana Calance as Quality Assurance Executives.
