Prophet Adds Insights and Analytics Leaders
In New York, brand strategy and marketing consultancy Prophet has appointed Christine Brandt Jones as a Partner in its Insights practice, and Shiv Gupta as a Partner in its Analytics division.
Prophet's 300 plus staff offer marketing, design and innovation expertise to help clients uncover customer insights, build stronger brand relevance, and deliver engaging customer experiences.
Brandt Jones joins with 27 years of experience, including seventeen at American Express, where she led the Global Marketplace Insights department, and was also part of the team responsible for licensing the brand to banks all over the world. She also spent six years running her own consultancy, providing strategic, tactical, and organizational consulting to clients across a wide range of industries.
Gupta has more than fifteen years of experience of using predictive modeling, and creating and executing analytics-driven strategies for clients. He joins from Merkle, where he was the VP of Analytics in the Insurance and Wealth Management practice.
Andrew Pierce, the firm's President, US, says the two new hires will help the company to 'seamlessly connect the drivers of human behavior to the economics of demand'. He adds: 'Together, they provide the integration of the behavioral insights gleaned from deep dives into consumer data with the attitudinal and behavioral overlay of what makes customers tick.'
