Omnicom's DAS Buys Digital Specialist TLGG
Omnicom's DAS Group of Companies has acquired Berlin-based digital consulting and transformation agency TLGG. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Founded in 2008 by Christoph Bornschein, TLGG (Torben, Lucie und die gelbe Gefahr) offers innovation consultancy using data-driven 'dialogue marketing', along with a portfolio of services including social CRM, digital transformation, content marketing, digital platforms and community management.
TLGG says the deal will allow it to draw on DAS's data insight, technology and creative expertise to expand its offering to clients, while also gaining access to the group's global network. The latter includes research agencies Hall & Partners>, Flamingo, M/A/R/C, Online Survey Solution, maslansky + partners, Communispace, Kiosk, sparks & honey, U30 Group, and Enterprise Spectrum.
