Kadence Reports 14% Increase in Half Year Revenue
UK-based Kadence International has reported a 14% increase in gross global half year revenues to $16m, driven by growth in its US and Indian operations.
Founded in 1992, Kadence International has offices in the US, UK, India, Singapore, Indonesia, China, the UAE and Vietnam. In November, the firm was acquired by full service Japanese MR group CMG (Cross Marketing Group) for an undisclosed sum.
For the first half of the firm's 2014-15 financial year, the US operation doubled its revenues after a number of 'significant' client wins. Kieron Mathews (pictured), CEO of Kadence USA, states: 'Exciting times here in America. A bright economy, a bright team of researchers, bright clients and hopefully a bright future. The focus of 2015 is to get the Kadence name out there, so we can attract more staff and more clients who are as passionate about insight consulting as we are.'
In addition, the firm has reported a 28% year-on-year increase in revenue in its Kadence India business. This follows what it describes as a 'sustained investment' in the country in 2014, and the appointment of Smitri Singh Bhatia as VP of Insight.
