NewsCred Debuts Analytics Solution
In the US, content marketing platform NewsCred has introduced a proprietary analytics solution called Audience Insights, which will offer a 360-degree view of the consumer 'content journeys' driving brand loyalty, conversions and sales.
NewsCred provides brands with a single platform to streamline the entire marketing process - from audience insights, content recommendations and brand compliance, to social media publishing, distribution and analytics. The new Audience Insights tool has been launched to help brands see who their audience are, what they look like, where they work, what their interests are, and how they engage with competitors.
Through the tool, brands can gain insight into an individual's content engagement across different channels, and throughout the entire customer lifecycle, including what they read and share, on which channels and when.
