CivicScience Adds Data Tools to InsightStore
Polling software firm CivicScience has enhanced its InsightStore enterprise platform with the addition of tools for viewing, analyzing, and reporting on real-time and historic consumer research data.
InsightStore draws data from online surveys, and uses data science to analyze current consumer opinions, discover trends and predict future behavior and market outcomes. Subscribers can study data from thousands of questions and more than 30 million consumer response profiles.
New features enable users to create and apply their own custom scoring formulas, so they can convert responses into a single metric. The release also includes options for analyzing data within the platform, along with a way for users to discover the most statistically meaningful insights found across the Store; and users can compare results for selected customized segments.
