New Horizons for Confirmit in Australia and NZ

Online MR software company Confirmit has introduced a new SaaS environment for its Horizons product in Australia and New Zealand.

Confirmit Horizons enables clients to conduct surveys using a variety of data collection methods, and channel them into a single feedback program. Through investment in a dedicated SaaS site located in Sydney, the firm says it will be able to provide local clients with faster delivery of its MR solutions, and more effective deployment of time-sensitive CATI interviews and mobile surveys alongside other research channels. In addition, the launch will address the need for in-country data storage and help protect sensitive data in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act.

The new SaaS environment is hosted by Rackspace and supported by Information Research Management (IRM), which has been Confirmit's sole reseller in Australia and New Zealand for more than eleven years.
