SurveyMonkey Rolls Out Benchmarking Service
Online DIY research specialist SurveyMonkey has launched a new data offering, to help organizations understand how their performance stacks up against peers, competitors, industry segments and companies of similar size.
The new 'SurveyMonkey Benchmarks' tool aggregates and anonymizes some of the company's three million daily survey responses, in order to create indexes by industry, location and company size. It launches with benchmarks for web site feedback, customer satisfaction, employee engagement and customer loyalty (Net Promoter Score).
