Creston Buys UX Specialist How Splendid
In London, marcoms group Creston has acquired user experience, digital design and technology consultancy How Splendid Ltd (Splendid) for an undisclosed sum.
Founded in 2003, Soho-based Splendid has a team of 50 which includes user experience (UX) specialists, designers and developers focusing on the development of digital strategies; optimization of consumer usage; and design, build and management of web sites. Its broad range of services includes competitor analysis, site audits, content analysis and strategy, usability testing and research, real-time app monitoring and analytics reporting.
Creston says the deal fits perfectly with its strategy to continue growing its digital marketing consultancy offer. Following the acquisition, Splendid will be rebranded Splendid Unlimited, and become part of the Creston Unlimited digital consultancy offer. The firm's three founding partners and shareholders - Paul Bishop, Alex Eicke and Dan Morris - will remain as Managing Partners.
