IRI Launches Product Innovation Suite
Retail and healthcare data giant IRI has launched a suite of services to provide insights into the product innovation and development process - from product concept and testing to post-launch assessment.
The new 'IRI Innovation Solution Portfolio' taps into the firm's understanding of actual shopper behaviour to identify white space, test multiple new product concepts, develop fully integrated new product launch plans, and measure and assess post-launch results. Using the service, IRI says CPG companies can test multiple new product concepts within days versus the current industry standard of weeks or months.
