TNS Hires Mystery Customer Research Head
TNS has appointed former Ipsos MORI exec Debbie Shuttlewood as Head of Mystery Customer Research in the UK, replacing Simon Taylor who moves to the role of Group Director in TNS Tech and Finance.
Shuttlewood has fourteen years of agency-side research experience across a range of industry sectors, with a focus on customer experience measurement. Most recently, she worked in the Ipsos MORI's Loyalty division.
Group Director Maurice Van Der Heijden, to whom Shuttlewood reports, says her expertise in measuring customer experience 'will be invaluable as TNS grows its Mystery Customer Research business'.
